We are closed to the public on major holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Arrival / Departure / Checkout Time

Pets may arrive or depart any time during business hours; however, we would prefer arrival at least one hour prior to closing. Please schedule departure time to expedite the process. Owners who pick up their pets by our 11:00 a.m. checkout time will not be charged for that day. Also a boarding charge for the day will not apply to pets scheduled for complete grooming. (This does not apply to basic baths and ancillary services). All dogs receive a bath at owner's expense on the day of discharge without exception.

Complimentary Day Visit

If you are lodging your pet for the first time and have concerns about how your pet will fare in a new environment, we invite you to schedule your pet for a complimentary day visit on any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. This will give you an indication ahead of time to how your pet will react upon boarding, and it also gives us the chance to make a firsthand assessment of your pet's reaction and any special needs.
